Job brief: We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy female Sales executive Who are we? We are an Ed-Tech company focused on children (age: 6 - 16). We have a strong and motivated founding team from IIT, BIT Mesra and ISB. Our target customers are both in India as well as Indians settled abroad. To know more about us, please visit [login to view URL] Salary: We are offering a competitive salary which will have fixed component, performance based incentive and employee stock options. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Conduct market research and build database of prospective clients who could become our affiliates 2. Cold call prospective leads (be it affiliate or individual parents) and pitch them to enroll for classes 3. Coordinate with parents and teachers for scheduling of classes; handle other relevant communication with customers through calls and company whatsapp account 4. Maintain an organized lead funnel with accurate statuses 5. Actively promote company’s offerings in relevant online groups 6. Handle customer grievances, if any 7. Provide periodic progress update to management along with sales and conversion data 8. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results 9. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Requirements and skills: 1. Female applicants only 2. High oral and writing proficiency in English and any other non-Hindi language (Telugu / Kannada / Tamil) 3. Sales experience involving US and UK clients is preferred 4. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role 5. Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus 6. Knowledge of MS Office, Google Word, Google Sheet, Google Presentation 7. Fast learner and passion for sales 8. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach 9. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations and sales pitches 10. Good understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques 11. Graduate degree or above
