Have masters in information science, and therefore am experienced researcher, i have been trained and how to help others research. I understand database organization at a level that those outside of the information science world likely do not. I also worked as an executive, Staff assistant for Directors of the Wisconsin crime labs, and before that assisted district attorneys. I was a part of the management team for 180 crime, lab employees and developed management skills in various ways, including being appointed chair of the diversity committee and the marketing committee. I also learned management skills by monitoring my directors leadership techniques closely,
. I also worked with the quality assurance team, and we often focused on how different personality types can best work together. We took several assessments of our own personalities, and discussed how we may achieve best outcomes.
