I was the head of HR Department for the past 3 years, i successfully managed 4 different companies (under the same management) and lead about 8 staffs, i handled all role of HR, from recruitment, payroll, people management, GA and even legal. i was able to help those companies grew up to 200% in number of employees on a yearly basis, successfully uphold the 86% retention rate and 19% turnover rate during my work as the head of HR. i was specialize on IT Role such as Software Engineer, Full stack Engineer, penetration tester, security analyst and Cloud Engineer, and Digital Forensic, but i am familiar with managerial position as well, i hired from entry level (intern, staff) to C-level (Sales Director, expert on specific tools or certified individual for a project).
