You will confidently close contracts with new homes and families while gaining expertise in outside business development. Your role will also involve daily interaction with decision-makers and participating in ongoing training to increase your earning potential, enhance team building skills, and receive mentorship. The earning potential at SunFusion is immense. On average, first-year sales representatives earn between $160,000 and $300,000 annually. However, top performers have the opportunity to earn even more. We also offer leadership growth opportunities with uncapped earning potential.
