We are using Group edition of Salesforce and we are definitely not getting the best out of it. We need to De-dupe the leads we have and design the CRM to suit our needs (producing contracts, assigning appointments for field based agents). We also need to produce Invoices and pay our staff using Quickbooks online. We are also cut and pasting a lot in Salesforce which we know is a waste of time. Other things we would like to do is: Automatically remind clients via text about appointments Allow Partner businesses to view/download and upload documents and contracts for our clients. Seamlessly integrate with our website for a clients portal. Our website is [login to view URL] (we have an IP filter to stop hacking and unwanted attention)
