What I need is 2 plots of __positively skewed__ standard distribution, each with mean 30 and standard deviation 5. Each should have a different skew. For each distribution from the 3, also calculate the probability to get a random number between 24 and 36. The purpose is to understand how to work with **skewed** standard distribution in python. You must understand how to work with **skewed** standard distribution.

Hi To show I am the best candidate, I can explain how positively skewed distribution works in layman terms. E.g. in a class test, if everyone has done poorly then the distribution of scores is most likely going to be a positive skew distribution. While the Mean will be towards the higher scores, the mode and median are going to be lower. Mode < Median < Mean. In probabilistic terms, you are looking for a plot with most of the probability mass in the left and tail to the right. This makes intuitive sense because most of the people in the class have done poorly. Now in your case you want to generate two plots with a specified mean and Standard deviation but no specified skew or kurtosis. Hence, you can generate an infinite number of plots (with arbitrary values of ). To find the probability of the generating a number between 24 and 36, we just need to find the area under the graph between 24 and 36. Hope this explanation was intuitive for you. I have taken graduate level courses in Statistics and have a large amount of experience in coding. I am also passionate about Stats and want to work with people who want to get better at it.
