Google App Engine Python / Webapp2 - Build Simple Backend

Scope of the Project: 1. Register/Login/Reset Password ( Server Backend including setup to build all mobile and web clients and also help me with generating all keys ). The current server is in webapp2 and it has some basic register/login built but it may need tweaking once you take a look. I would like to use Google Cloud Endpoint for mobile but for web probably just hit the app server directly. 2. Build CRUD on an Entity. Lets say a device. So following POST, PUT AND GET methods: 1. Add a Device ( with 5 params) for a user 2. Get all Devices for a user 3. Update a Device 4. Delete 5. Update device reading some three/four params stored in a separate table (high frequency) 6. Get these device readings Please get back with your pricing and time to COMPLETE. Make sure you have worked on GAE python before.
