RCM Operations Manager Industry: Healthcare Description: Medical Management company which provides full service, and FTE based RCM services, as well as Medical Transcription, Virtual Medical Assistants, Virtual RCM Staffing, Virtual Administrative Staffing, Virtual Clinical Staffing, consulting and credentialing services is seeking an out of the box individual to add to their team. This position would require client management, as well as project management and coordination with offshore teams based out of various countries. We also consult with health tech startups about their products. We provide medical code validation, and compliance, process consulting, as well as software compliance consulting, and operational improvement programs. Responsibilities: - Management of daily operations - Staff training and development - Improving operational systems Experience Level: Mid Level Ideal Skills and Experience: - Previous experience in healthcare operations management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Knowledge of revenue cycle management (RCM) processes - Ability to analyze and improve operational systems - Experience in staff training and development - Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements - Skills/Certifications - Excel - Program management - Practice management - Medical Coding - CPC - Client Management - Entrepreneurial - Experience working with offshore teams - Ability to create reports to provide insights into the revenue cycle management of our clients, and coordinate with offshore teams to maximize efficiency. Hours Part time with full time potential Salary Market rates w/potential for bonuses and if you are the right fit, a revenue share potential. Location Remote, but may require travel to visit clients, as well as potential international travel to visit offshore teams.
