Chatter Onboarding: Chatter Signup via Typeform: Chatters sign up through a separate Typeform, which triggers a different sequence in Make. The chatter's application is logged in Notion, and the recruitment team is notified on Discord. Automated Role Assignment in Discord: Upon approval, chatters are automatically assigned the 'new' role in Discord and given access to a welcome channel with introductory information. Training and Documentation: Chatters are then moved to 'training' where Make provides them with access to training materials and tracks their progress. Contract Handling for Chatters: If there's a contract or agreement needed for chatters, Make initiates this process with the contract management system and updates Notion and Discord upon completion.
