Our company is a mobile developer, we publish apps on Google, Apple and Amazon platforms. We are particularly looking for a lawyer that has experiences in dealing copyright infringement/DMCA cases with Google and Apple developers, which means you or your firm has successfully drafted a counterclaim and defended an app from being removed or suspended by Apple or Google due to other developer's complain regarding copyright infringement. In addition, we will also defend our own apps from being copied by others. We would like to use your firm as our registered DMCA agent and answer the complaint on our behalf and send Google or Apple a response with your letter head. If you meet our requirements, we will work with you for future projects.
