Website and Email Migration (rush), Content Update

This is a request for proposal to migrate an existing website and email accounts to a different server and update the information on the website. There is future potential to change the design of the website. ## Deliverables Our website is an information-only website. **Priority 1: Email** We currently need our email accounts to be hosted somewhere that has excellent spam control. We would like to switch to a different email client that is secure and reliable. We currently download emails to Outlook. **Priority 2: Switch Server / Maintain SEO** We need to host our site on a different server. Our current keyword SEO is for “phytoremediation consultants?? and we like our position on the major search engines. We cannot lose the positioning when we switch servers. **Priority 3: Site Design** The website contains outdated information. We would like it to highlight phytoremediation more and it needs updates on the information that is currently there. We are thinking that there is too much text and would like the site to be more visual, easier to navigate, and more attractive for potential clients.
