Technically an electronics engineer, I have extensive experience manufacturing prototypes, including die/press-work which I think will be needed for your design. I have access to an extensive machine shop in Australia with presses, guillotines, CNC lathes, EDM machine and CNC mills. The figure I bid was only ball-park, in reality I need more information, like drawings and or photos in order to arrive at an accurate cost to build a one off. I am also able to manufacture your product in the quantities you ask, negotiable on unit price.
