I have few other clarifications needed to understand the requirement better: - I presume you are looking for a windows based desktop application. - How would you like to identify new/existing customer? based on phone #, email etc? - When you mention of invoice, can you please clarify what information do you want in the invoice? Is that something you would like to type and save it, for future reference and printing? - Sending email's can be integrated. Do you already have a website and/or email provider?
