I need a simple easy-to-use webbased net CRM for telemarketing that has to include: * Autodialer which works calling from Huawei GSM modem plugged into PC * The abillity to import/export prospectlists and "stop-lists" from excel/csv * The abillity to log each call (sale, not interested, no answer, call back etc..) * The abillity to turn on/off auto-recording of all calls * Statistics to filter performance on team/agents * Superadmin who can add teams and/or agents into teams + all other functions * Teamleder who can add agents into their teams + upload prospectlists + listen to prior calls * Salesagent who can use the callingfunction(autodialer), log each call, watch stassenter etc.
