This is actually more of a JS and CSS work. I mean producing sound on clicking over the menu items. WordPress Isn't playing any role in it. Any major role. Except for generating the menu. I can start working on it like right now if you want. Please do let me know. It'll be a matter of couple of hours to achieve this.
