Write a scraper to confirm valid Excel entries against an online directory

I have a requirement for someone to build a scraper (preferably in PHP) to run through a list in Excel and confirm the registration details against an online directory. The online directory is AHPRA doctor search. We need to extract all the information against each entry and store in a MySQL database or a CSV file. If the item in Excel returns a result in AHPRA we need to store all information from AHPRA and from the Excel list. If it does not exist, flag the entry in Excel as "follow up". The excel list can be converted to MySQL. The AHPRA search requires at least family name to be entered however the Excel list has both given and family names in the same column (plus some other details like "DR", "Allen: Dr Ben" etc. These will need to be considered during the scrap. Words like "DR" or "dr." and special characters can be stripped from the list and searched on remaining words. We would like to seperate the given and family names in to 2 seperate fields. For example: "Allen: Dr Ben" would become: Given name: "Allen" Family name: "Ben" AND Given name: "Ben" Family name: "Allen" Look at [login to view URL] to get an idea of the search form and below is a sample of names (10) from the list.
