I would like to hire a Programmer

I currently have an online dynamic enrollment portal that has multiple "pages". For example the visitor goes to the first page and enters their zip code and clicks a button. This takes them to the next page where they click a select button for one of the products available in that zip code. They are taken to a page where they enter their address and click a button. This takes them to the next page where they fill out the enrollment form and click submit to enroll. The submit button takes them to a success page and generates a thank you email. The functionality is already in place and working properly. The problem is some of the text and formatting on a couple of the pages. I have already fixed most of the formatting with CSS, but still need to reorder a few of the fields in the form and change the wording on the third and fourth pages. The vendor who runs the enrollment portal has been very uncooperative, but they are allowing me to make text and formatting changes through an outside javascript file. They have told me I need to "hook" into the onclick event of the button to control what happens on the next page. I need someone who can write the external javascript file using javascript ecmascript 6 and/or JQuery. There are 6-8 text changes of a few words each and changing the order of one text block. I need this project finished as soon as possible, and I am willing to pay reasonable rush charges if necessary. I would think someone who has advanced javascript/JQuery skills could complete this in very little time.
