Wordpress Site issues fixing and customisation

Hello, We have a wordpress site with frog theme ([login to view URL]) with some custom tweaks and changes, Now we want further changes to be made on the site that includes following scope Currently most of the contents are in another language than English, we wanted to create complete english version of site with sub domain or extension (http://sitename/english) in same and a mechanism to let editors choose which language version of site that post will go in etc There is an option called "Views" for each page which is not functioning correctly on this site, need to fix issue for accurate views showing option Few minor fixes on functionality like pagination not working properly etc Speed optimisation of site and suggestions for same Pls ping me for site url for further understanding and discussion Thanks
