There is no use of hiding wp from the url (links) or other traces of wp. If you are worried about hackers then there are many tools that can detect if you are using wordpress cms regardless. So it won't stop a hacker from finding out that you are using wordpress. Security through obscurity is not a good thing Furthermore removing the wp directory structure may also cause problem if you are using some plugins as wp- is the default directory. Though there are other security measures that can be implemented and I can do it.
