Hello, I'm Serhii Kniaziuk (Ukraine +2 EEST) There could be different problems. From WP recent update (template correspond problem) to some rare conflict (bug that will be fixed in the future updates) in Custom Fields backend area that could happen and influenced on fields entries in DB irrevocably.
