Voip SBC (Voice over ip, session border controller)

I am looking to setup an SBC (either Kamailio or OpenSips, etc.) that will sit between my multi-tenant pbx and my carriers. The objective is to build a failover scenario in case my main pbx goes down. The SBC should be able to support a failover or load-balancing scenario (between another sbc) in the future. Preferable mysql backend with a gui front-end for all management related tasks. System would need to support an ACL (e.g. ip white list of carrier / trunk ips.) Call flow for this system is: Inbound calls from carrier to SBC, depending on settings, the calls will then flow to out pbx or to the customers sip endpoint they have one configured. For inbound: Carrier -> SBC -> PBX or Carrier -> SBC -> Customer Sip Trunk For some calls I would like to capture (proxy) media on the SBC (so that we can record certain calls). This system should only be configured for inbound calls for now, eventually we would do something for outbound as well. For reporting: Inbound phone numbers are associated with an account. Carriers / sip trunking customers can have multiple end points. For forwarding: pbx or customers will have failover / round robin / load balancing scenario. Need to report on calls (call counts, call length, etc) and need to report on failed calls.
