Socialengine Platform needs post bumping (when someone comments on a post it needs to be at the top of the feed) -- 3

**only if you have experience with the socialengine platform** We had someone write code for us to have post bumping on our site and it worked great until we installed a mobile/tablet plugin. So it is no longer working. We need someone who can fix the code to make it work again, and to fix an issue we have with people not being able to login to the site. If you can also get the mobile/tablet plugin to work alongside it, that would be great too. There are some tweaks we'd like to be done to that plugin as well, such as being able to access the admin panel, and being able to switch from "mobile view" and "full site" view. I have a social engine site. There is one main news feed. When someone comments on a post in the news feeds, it needs brought to the top of the feed for everyone.
