Simple muslim prayer tracking web application

I want a simple web application using native PHP, MySQL, JS, HTML and CSS along with a report in FRENCH LANGUAGE including the Use case diagrams and class diagrams and screenshots of the application. It will do this: ◉ List 5 available prayers with Status (Prayed / Not prayed) and show date of today on top of page 5 prayers names are : Fajr, Dhuhr , Asr, Maghrib, and Isha ◉ User can change day if he clicks on the date of top of page and data for that day is loaded ◉ User can check Prayed for prayers he did ◉ If user checks Not Prayed then a select box is displayed with possible reasons. possible reasons are: Overslept, Forgot, Traveled, Something important to do ◉ User has score in database (=0 initially), for each prayer prayed he gets +5 points ◉ if user selects Forgot he gets -4 points ◉ if user selects Overslept he gets -3 points ◉ if user selects Traveled he gets -2 points ◉ if user selects Something important to do he gets -1 points ◉ User can access statistics page. ◉ available statistics are: chart of score every day for last X days (he can select 30/60/90 days) / total score / pie chart of reasons why he missed prayer (example: 20% Overlept, 10% Forgot, 40% Traveled, 30% something important) ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Make code easy to change language: make one file called [login to view URL] where you have one big array with all language that is displayed on website.
