implement the Split-Merge Segmentation algorithm using MATLAB. the function should take as input 2 parameters: the input image and a number ’n’ indicating the homogeneity criteria (Homogeneity criterion: A region is homogeneous if the diﬀerence between the minimum and maximum intensity is less than the given number ’n’). The function should return a matrix where the entries of each cell of the matrix indicate the cluster to which this pixel belongs
