PHP Save info Button | Add two links to form | Adjust field sizes

I have 3 forms written in PHP. When I have completed filling in form details and click the submit button - the form should post all the info to a database and create a PDF. It is supposed to save for later use. Sometimes it does not do this. The PDF file may be created, but the database is not populated. PROBLEM #1: What I Want For My Form: a "SAVE" button. So, before I click the submit button to post the info, I want to be able to click SAVE, just in case I lose data. The problem now is if the data does not post to the database, I have to write the whole form over again. So, I believe a simple SAVE button will alleviate this nightmare. PROBLEM # 2: I need two simple fields added to the database. On one of the forms, I am able to add links, I simply copy and paste to the form - I need to add the following links for this form: 1. LinkedIn and 2. Tumblr PROBLEM #3: The width of the fields are stupid. The coder previous made them 500px wide, it's annoying. These simple forms are only on a desktop - I want the page 900px wide so I don't have to scroll all day long. PROBLEM #4: ""REFRESH" I always have to hit F5 to refresh my screen once I add a new client. I don't want to have to do this. There should be a way to refresh the form once I add a new client. Or, better yet, when I add a new client, I should be able to pick from the 3 different job types - once I add the client and pick the job type it should open that form....
