Photo Upload To Website From Iphones 8 and above

Hello i need a photo upload script that allows a user with iphones 8 and newer or ipad to add a photo to my website using an upload form. The script must be able to 1. take a photo and be able to upload it successfully to the website in a folder called uploads. 2. Choose a photo from photo library which allows user to choose any photo from any album on their device and upload it successfully to the website in a folder called uploads. 3. The script must also work on a desktop PC, laptop or mac. The script should work similar to any website like this website (freelancer) And eBay etc where a user can just add a photo easy from off their phone. my server runs PHP 7.2 so must be compatible with this. i can supply cpanel details for freelancer to add to website. It seems apple devices are the issue as they use a different file extension to jpg , png , gif etc. They seem to have their own.
