I need a web developer

Hi, my business partners and I are looking to start a pick up and drop off laundry service in Glasgow. Our main foundation for our customers we hope will be through our website where customers can sign up and create an account, enter their address and then select what services they would like from us and choose a pick up and drop off slot from the ones available. The name of our company will be Dr Laundry and ideally what we would like done is: a website with a home page covering a bit about the business and how and where we operate then an option for customers to log in or sign up, once the customer has created their account it will take them to a page where they can choose from either laundry, dry cleaning or ironing. Once the selected service has been chosen a page where all of the different options for that service will load up showing customers what they can get done and for what price. After they have finished in this service it will take them back to the page showing the laundry, dry cleaning and ironing from which now they will have the option to either proceed (via a button at the bottom which is now showing as the customer has selected a service) or select another service to add to their basket. Once the customer has selected all of their services and gone through they will then be able to see which delivery slots we have available so that they can select a pick up time that suits them and then select a drop off slot that is suitable for them. Ideally in each slot we have available, from a management perspective, we would like to have 12 blocks which we can set a certain number of as available and every time a customer books a pick up/drop off it will decrease the number of slots available. This way if we feel that some deliveries are close together and more can be done in the slot, we can make more blocks available. Once the customer has selected their delivery slots they will then go through to a payment page where they can either pay by cash on pick up/delivery, Paypal or by card. Once the payment method has been completed a receipt will print of their order along with a reference and confirmation of their requested pick up/drop off slots. The receipt will also inform the customer that on the day of their delivery they will receive a text/email from Dr Laundry confirming roughly when their driver will arrive. The delivery slots we would like are: Monday - Saturday: 7am to 9am // 2pm to 4pm // 7pm to 9pm Sunday: 9am to 11am // 2pm to 4pm // 6pm to 9pm
