I need POS Software with an RFID option to make a payment

1. The fully POS system to use RFID tags to top up and pay by the RFID tags (cashless payment) The tags will store only ID for each tag to identify and pull the data of that id from the server so in the tags will have nothing except the ID, all data will be store in the server and admin can edit anytime it could be UID either Custom id in the tags or if you can make this system to store data in both places that would be great. And also system backup in case of any accidents 1.1 If they do not have enough balance the system will not settle the transaction the customer need to go to another both to top up (I need the sub windows separately for cashiers to top up and selling points for deduce to balance) for example if they have 40 and product is 50 then when they pay just tell them that you need to go top up first and come back instead of ask them to pay 10 more because top up counter and selling points I will put them separate. 1.2 For the product items I need customizable icons so I can change the pictures and the price of them in different event 1.3 The summary report for each both and all system sales report, stocking, trading items and refund items as well, for refund or trade function needs admin permission to settle it. Also available to tracking the sales and other information for each both in real time from server pc and I will use my pc as a server. Printer, customer display, cash drawer must be in function. When each event ended the data from the system has to be able to export the summary and also be able reset or cleanup for the next event. 2. The gate entrance system Just scan and check if the tags are legally to get in and when they want to get out they need to scan the tag before so they cannot reuse that if they don't scan to get out it is to protect people rounding the tags 3.
