I am looking for coders with experience in e-learning and scorm. If you dont have experience, I can give u a few days to learn it before hiring you. The project description is provided in the attached file. Complete project description will be attached in PMB of each bidder. Whoever bids $5000 or less will be hired immediately. This project is for a trusted client. No milestones will be created to start the project. However, the milestones will be created as the project progresses. And no milestone will be released until the project is fully completed, and tested by the client, and until the client is happy. By placing a bid on the project, the coder agrees to all the terms mentioned, and he also agrees that in order to get paid, he will finish the entire project as mentioned in the project scope (the documents describing the project scope which will be provided in the PMB), and if he doesn't finish the entire project as defined in the project scope, he will refund all the money that's created as milestone.
