The basic requirements are to have the system be fast loading, mobile-friendly, and integrated with a local payment gateway. The process will contain two screens, one with the option to either go straight to the products page, or confirm the shop locale, and another to select the desired products and move onto payment. The selected bidder may rely on the current MySQL database design, and should ensure to focus on the development of PHP. The expected cost of the project should be maintained as low as possible, as the budget is limited. However, upon the satisfactory completion of the shopping cart, we would consider long-term contracts to the selected bidder. The design is included in the JPG format, however, we do not have Figma.
