I'm looking for a person, (NOT AGENCY). This module would be just a start for ongoing project.
Gitlab knowlege required, Preferably you have a brief understanding of logicstics and worked with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Canban.
Very well commented and structured code required.
This module should be able to work with 20 000 -50 000 amount of products / site visitors and be ready for future scale. We need your idea how to make it fast. Maybe you can sacrifice some functionality it order to get it work faster.
Goal: to show a customer, what is the shortest delivery time to his region. (we ship from different geographical locations)
This module should take product location (stored in product using Multistock module*) and delivery time from csv table (see example and picture attached) and show result for destination region on frontend.
If product stored more than in 1 location, show just 1 shortest delivery time to destination.

Current configuration:
Magento 1.9.3. 2 Websites with 7 storeviews. Amasy Full Page Cache module
Production and staging environment, we use Gitlab. Skype + Trello for communication.
FRONTEND CONFIGURATION:
Please make these options configurable differently for each type of page and each store view:
1. Show on product: none, delivery time, delivery time + comment (from csv)
2. Set a colour of delivery time values. (settings like #00D900)
PRODUCT PAGE:
Assume, that current storeview=specific region (I’ll provide a list)
Please see examples for bundle, configurable and simple product.
CATEGORY PAGE
Assume, that current storeview=specific region (I’ll provide a list)
Settings For bundle product show: only min. delivery time; only max. delivery time, range “from min to max”.
Settings For configurable product show: delivery time of selected by default, only min. delivery time; only max. delivery time, range “from min to max”.
CHECKOUT PAGE:
an estimation should be based on every region, which user can select. Each region selection should update delivery time on each product.
It selected region is not in csv table, just show nothing.
TRANSACTIONAL EMAIL, WHICH CUSTOMER GETS AFTER PURCHASE

I can solve this. I have 5+ years of experience working with Magento.
I can develop magento modules, and have done integration between Magento and company specific business systems, so I have solved similar problems to this one. I saw some things were in russian, I am swedish but can read in russian it might prove helpfull.
There are different ways to solve this. As I understood it, this is just showing information to the customer it does not change things like pricing or whether it is possible to order or not.
There are many ways to solve this, the simplest is to change the phtml-files in the template and make a Magento module that does a lookup in the csv file to decide which information to show regarding delivery time for each view,it might require hole punching. A solution like this will slow down load time. An alternative solution is to dedicate a div on the different pages like PRODUCT PAGE, CATEGORY PAGE etc. and then make a ajax request and fetch the information after page load, this will not slow down page load.
The fastest possible way to solve this, is probably to save the delivery time on each store view / region in magento somewhere, then it will be included in Magentos standard caching functionality. Too avoid having to make lookups in a csv file. Lets say instead of using a csv file, one store the data as a static block for each storage location.
If a product is stored in Temirtau, it loads a static block that is called, lets say shipping-table-temirtaut....
