I manage a large construction site. I receive material deliveries everyday from different subcontactors and vendors. I need to schedule these deliveries based on available space in the loading dock. I can schedule up to 3 trucks in each time slots based on their type of delivery and how long they need to make the delivery. When someone requests the delivery I require certain information from the delivery company. Truck make and size Type of delivery How long it will take Drivers name and license plate of truck I would like to integrate with google calendars or another existing cloud based platform so the calendar can be shared. I would want to be able to track when the delivery actual arrives, how long it takes all compared to baseline of the requested delivery time and length.
