Image Wrapping Overlay with PHP IMagemagick (Coordinates) - SIMPLE 5 MINUTE PROJECT

I have two images I want wrapped (overlayed) onto another image in the proper position. I have all the code done and it works but I need to get the coordinates perfect. All I need you to do is provide the coordinates. Current example will be attached but not working PHP code. I am only going to share the part with the coordinates I need working and the files used. So, in the example attached the [login to view URL] should wrap perfectly into each white area of the png image. It currently works in the full PHP (which I will not SHARE) the the placement is a bit off. I need the coordinates to get it to work.
