help with php laravel or php developer for a small quick project//.

hi i have my company work in excel we want to make it in web version.. like we would have super admin under that diffferent logins of departments under which two excel sheet to just update data thats it.. but it has to be sequnetial order from super admin can see data of all department etc.. and need this things as soon as possible. here are more details actually what it is Document for the Admin panel details: We need Admin panel in this hierarchy Super admin under it there will be 10 departments logins - under which one page or max 2 Under pages there will be prescribed format where concerned person will login and input value .. Actually what was happening in field work my person goes and he stores value in excel so same excel we want there and on that data a graph will be generated What I want in super admin is like Able to create login access for the different departments Able to see details of all departments for easy to audit This is my own personal project be available to make some change in middle but more over its some thing like this very simple… I don’t mind technology but most probably I guess it will be better on laravel And I want good UI design easy functioning.. Those data which we enter month wise have able to access to download or print if we want. And I can provide each department wise documentation
