GTpay wooecommerce Plugin

For this project, I need a payment gateway plugin for a WooCommerce store. I have a php code script of GTpay Bank that I would like to be used for this plugin. Also, I do not need my own private server to host the plugin. It would be helpful to have someone who has experience in creating a payment gateway plugin for a WooCommerce store. The php code script of GTpay Bank should be useful in developing this plugin and should make the process easier. Furthermore, I do not need a private server to host the plugin, so any help with this part of the project would be greatly appreciated. I am looking for someone who has expertise in setting up a payment gateway plugin for a WooCommerce store and knows how to use the php code script of GTpay Bank that I am providing. Any suggestions or alternatives for making the project a success would be most welcome. Before i forget it should be able to pick the Hash Key and GTPay Merchant Id from the wordpress Woocoommerce dashboard Under payment settings for WooCommerce. Below i have attached a working script in Php that needs to be converted, one can run it in a Local Server like Xampp. Thank you for considering this project!
