We are Prashushi, a group of coding enthusiasts, who will try and find out the best solution for your requirements, in a reasonable time, in an economical way. The first thing is that this time duration and Quotation is NOT FINAL. We will give you a proper estimate of duration and fees quotation, only after requirements are absolutely clear. Your current requirements are mainly clear, but leave some questions unanswered which I believe can be clarified in our subsequent talks. Questions like which website to extract data from, what formula you will use, do you have an existing program, where you want the program to run, and other questions required to make a proper estimate of time and effort for this project. If after that, you accept our proposal, you will need to pay us 30% fee in advance, and we will ensure that your requirements are fulfilled on time. If we are not able to complete on promised time, we will give you 14% rebate (ON PROMISED AMOUNT) per week for 5 weeks, after which, we will charge you NOTHING beyond the initial 30%. This rebate period will start the day after the promised deadline, and will continue for next 5 weeks. If we are unable to deliver, we will return your full money. This is highly unlikely to happen, as we undertake projects according to our potential and don't over estimate ourselves.
