I would like a piece of software that extracts information from one website, then uses information from that website to cross reference, analyze, and return some information. In simpler terms... For example: Retrieve multiple listings from website A. Search the words associated with the listings from website A listings in website B. If the listings searched in website B meet a certain criteria return the value to a list that I can view. I should be able to run the script whenever to refresh the list. Send me a private message and I'll send the two websites in question. I have a program that I had made a couple years back but it needs to be updated. It can be a good starting platform.

I have a friend who is preparing for Civil Services Examination, so he needs updated information from all the official government sites. So, I have scrapped so many Websites for him that probably all Govt servers know me by my name.
