Excel to Web App

As you know if you export the spreadsheet as it is to Web app in Excel 2013, it wont transfer the VBA code. so we will have to rewrite the code.

I see that you need some kind of web based estimator, that can be done with php-mysql and javascript. I recommend that we use codeigniter and free ui template (bootstrap) that has already provide some javascript functionalities. Some entry modules have to be designed before development start. That is how web based apps would be different. The option is to build data entry into database tables. Unless you just put csv file as lookup tables. Also I guess estimation result should be saved into database. In short, we need to define in detail required features. Note: I have opened your excel, but can not figure out the estimation formula.
