I'm looking for qualified programmer who understands Ajax, php and HTML to set up a job agency where employers can register and employees can register. The purpose of the site is to connect employers and employees and generate revenue for doing so. System needs to track employee's activities and offer them incentive programs for uploading pictures, recommendations or generally being active on the site. I'm looking for someone who is based around the Los Angeles area for continous brainstorming and meetings.
