Create two modules in Vue3+Laravel system -- 2

I am seeking a Laravel Vue 3 developer to create two modules for my existing simple system in Larvel+Vue3. I will provide a simple CRUD system, which is currently not using the modular system with an admin theme, and two modules must be created or extended. These are two tasks that need to be done: 1 File/document management Listing of the various files and folders (card + list), document categories Tree hierarchical menu Sharing –. Various parameters for sharing and users (role). Document approval Upload folder or files with Status –Drag and drop upload. File Previews Context Menu –like delete, copy, share, move, rename, get link and more. Trash or recycle bin. Search and sort– Powerful search will find files and folders at any depth level. Configuration or settings Audit trails: Document detailed Audit trails like Who is created, edited, viewed, and assigned permission to which users or roles. Checklist Document versioning, document comments (nested replies), Add a reminder of document expiry and calendar. SMS and email, Hotlinks prevented * Statistics: Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports. Notification log Ability to add custom fields and e-signing docs. 2 Internal chat or messaging Users can send messages to each other in a popup chat-like message box. Send files (audio, text, images in message). Emotions. Activity log or new message notification Audio call Message inbox listing message like an email (sent, inbox) Attaching files and mentioning Ability to add a mailbox with SMTP or IMAP Permission management for it You will need to create database tables, extend coding, and make these two features as a new module. I can provide reference screenshots. Note: It should be extended as a module using the existing coding style (same) and standard to make new updates easy. The system is just a sample CRUD project and well written using Vue3+laravel and uses element plus vue framework ([login to view URL]) and uses admin panel theme; however, we cannot transfer the system before awarding the project. We can only provide some files or sample codes and file structure screenshots if needed. Need clean/expert-level code with modular development. You will need to estimate and quote based on it. The developer will need to create new Vue files using the existing layout while adding those features. For design, you can use elements available in the admin template. I can provide tentative screenshots, but the programmer can improvise and suggest as long as the requirements are done. Proper documentation is required. Priority to a freelancer who can do it quickly and needs a periodic update. It is better if you already have created something similar (Please provide links).
