I have a wordpress blog using the Suffusion framework. It displays a list of excerpts (per Suffusion's magazine template). At the top of that page I wish to display a box that displays a post from a particular category ("quotes" or something like that) along with 3 buttons to a prev, next, and random post from that category. Hitting those buttons replaces the post with the relevant new one (next chronologically, previous chronologically, or randomly selected) -- smoothly in place without reloading the whole page. Think comic sites or slideshows, but with a post (html) displayed instead of an image. There also should be a "permalink" below the post which directly links to it. Note that the prev/next/random buttons are not simple links, they create actions without loading a new page. Then I can add posts in the relevant category and they'll automatically be included when a user views the blog. On initial load, the page should start by displaying the latest post in the category. Login credentials will not be provided to the successful freelancer, so they should set up a test blog and operate that way. However, I can provide relevant configuration info and the address of the blog.
