Create OpenWRT VPN plugin

ONLY EXPERIENCED DEVELOPERS WANTED I am looking for a OpenWRT plugin that does the following: 1. GUI interface with Luci 2. In the "plugin" screen need to be presented the download location of the new vpn server(s) 3. Client can choose about locations (US / UK / DE / NL /FR and so on) based on this information a specific part of the zip will be extracted to the router ([login to view URL]) 4. Each time when the router restart(s) it should connect to a different VPN (randomize) 6. If a VPN server is not responding it should be removed from the list (if less than 5 .ovpn files it should start over by step 2.) 7.
