Need an app + website for a multimerchant coupon system, built preferencially with the ionic framework. ==>yes Ionic is perfect for this and latest ionic version gives best of the both world app+ website so this is perfect for this app and as it will have a single code base, it will be easy to maintain the code. When they go to our partner merchant, they show the coupon and our partner can scan the QR Code to accept the coupon. ==>yes thats perfect. The coupons are renewed every year, at the time that the membership was created. This is really important. ==> so that means each coupons should automatically renew at the same date when membership renew again? More details need to be discussed after. ==> yes lets do it. About the backend technologies, i am suggesting either Nodejs/express/mongodb or Firebase. we have over 6+ years of experience working with all the above technologies and we follow a really good development plan. so this is the plan for the development: 1) it would be good if you are using code repo (git or bitbucket), if not then we will create the repo and push the code. 2) we will define all the tasks on trello and follow the proper workflow so that we both know the status of the tasks. 3) we will daily push the code for the work that has been done. 4) then once app is completed, we will publish the app. So lets do it.
