Convert current website into Blog Format for easier updating - add checkbox to compile PDF files

I"m involved in public health research regarding circumstances that weaken our immune system and increase risk of infection to COVID-19. I have a very functional website currently that shows the subject Title - and a few sentence summary and a READ MORE button and other information. I'd like someone to take this working website and make a form page so I can easily add new content and keep the appearance of the current website and entries. Currently, to add a new topic, I have to modify the HTML via FTP which takes too long. This project will be similar to making a mini blog format. So, I'd like for someone to take this website (at [login to view URL]) and make a separate input page where I can enter data into various input boxes for each category. The input boxes would include the following: 1. Title An input box that will allow me to add a title that will appear just like the titles do currently on the website. Same Colors - size etc. 2. Text before Read More Button An input box where I can enter the text that will display BEFORE the Read More button. 3. Text After Read More Button A third input box where I enter the text that will display AFTER the Read More button 4. Input Box for Journal Informatiion in the cell at right side. If you visit the website now, you'll see a cell on the right that says "JOURNAL". We need to make input boxes that will correctly display the information below that. This will include: A. Journal Name (that will appear below the static "JOURNAL" heading) B. Journal Volume Information in next line. C. Link assigned to text "View Journal HERE" (so what I type in this box will be hyperlinked to open in a separate window) 5. WRITE CODE TO COMBINE PDF's into one larger PDF file. I did this before with another programmer on another project and I think we still have the code. First, I will have a separate folder that will eventually hold several hundred separate PDF files of extended information on each topic. I would like you to make a checkbox that will appear to the right of the READ MORE button. Next to the checkbox it will say "INCLUDE PDF" - When this checkbox is selected - the program will then add the specific PDF file for that post to an ongoing list of PDFs. For example, the user may only click PDF checkboxes for 5 of the 100 posts, so those 5 PDF's will be compiled into one larger PDF. Somewhere on the page we need to make a button that will read PRINT or SAVE PDFs. When thet is selected later, the user can then Print or Save all PDF's they selected as one file.
