build an interactive web demo

Hi all I'm thinking about building an interactive web demo for Fifa Squad Building challenges. Basically I will give you all the player data, and you create this -- a website interface where users can select (say, team formation, number of players from certain league or country, or specific player, etc) -- calculate the best pick which is defined by chemistry and overall strength. If you play the game you probably know enough, but not here is the website for the reference [login to view URL] This involves some backend algothrim and front end interaction. I'd love if you can write this in python so I can make some editions later if I want. Also I have a website of my own so if you have some knowledge about how this can be deployed, that would be great.
