authorize.net verification

in our current website, we are asking users to verify their credit card by charging their account small fee and then user comes and manually confirms that random number (just like paypal verification) we want to remove this system. we want to work this way: 1. user can purchase whatever they want (Lets say user is purchaing $100) 2. Then system will automatically split this $100 in two random numbers such that their total is $100 (e.g. $75.00 and $25.00) and user account will be charged these two random payments 3. user will confirm these two random numbers and their account is automatically verified. 4. after user verification, next time they purchase only one amount is charged.
