I need a program that allows the following. I'm in charge of a 240 acre building complex. I want a system where a person just walking around can take a picture with their phone and text it to a given phone number. We would encourage people to take pictures of maintenance problems (weeds, bad landscaping etc.) and text to this particular phone number. All pictures would automatically be uploaded into a page where I and other senior managers could look at them and assign them out for repair. Ideally, the pic would include the GPS coordinates of the location. For me and the other senior manager, the pictures would upload into what appears like a Flickr or even Instagram page.
