You do want a custom payment workflow, and I already had done that before for a educational institute here from Brazil (Is it your case too, courses and training?). What will you need more, beyond take your customer to the payment gateway? Any stock (or vacancies) control? Do people need to return to site after payment? E-mail sending, internal system workflow (for roles/download/access restrict area/etc)... Anyway, I have to analyze all you want on it (a to-do list would be great, the URL link if it's online too), then I will have to review my price and time expectations.
