We are creating a website through which people will sign up and receive exercise regimens (from a database) that are to a small degree customized for their particular physical conditions. The main requirements of the site are: - Capturing a storing sign up and personal information into a database - Generating the customized workout regimen and delivering it via the web app (in responsive form so it will work on a variety of platforms) wherein the user will be able to see the workout,(including instructional videos) and confirm that it was executed - Provide a platform for delivering emails based on various triggers for both marketing and enagement - Provide the front end marketing website (all designs and assets will be provided) - Handle billing processes - accepting and charging credit cards on a recurring basis and reporting on same - A back end admin system for managing all database data, running queries and reports, and managing processes These are the high level requirements. The spec document (including a list of initial email triggers) is attached to this request. Please understand that these specifications are subject to minor changes as the project moves forward. Major changes would be negotiated with the awarded developer, and additional payments would be made. Payment schedule: we will be paying based on the following milestones: Alpha - 20% - Signup functionality, delivery of workouts, basic admin functions Beta - 20% - Full spec functionality, minus marketing website development Complete system: 20% - all functions of spec including marketing components Launched system: 20% - live system open to the public Supported system: 20% - 10 days after launch All of these milestones will be managed through Freelancer, meaning that both the developer and ourselves will be protected in this transaction. Do not ask for money up front - we will not provide it in any case. Do not ask for payments in advance of the above deliveries - they will not be provided either. We are looking for a partner here. There will be several add-ons to this project in the near future, and we have other projects already in need of a developer.
