Build a Android app for guess the movie images.

Hi Please take the time to look at the example before bidding. We are looking to produce something pretty close to - [login to view URL] It will work the same way only the credit and access to the next section elements will be different. So an android app (not for iOs, yet anyway), where theres various rounds, with image clues to guess a movie. We will provide all these movie images, plus visual for how we want the graphics to look, we mainly need from your end the actual creation of the functionality. As with the example link above there will be a few in app purchase options, those these will be slightly different than that app, no so much buying clues and hints as just opening different areas. We will have 20 \'Rounds total, split into 5 rounds that are Easy, with 16 images per round, each image correctly identifies gives the user 1 credit, 5 rounds for \'Moderate\', which will require the completion of a minimum of 50 credits from the 5 Easy rounds to enter and play, again 16 images per round. 5 rounds of \'Hard\' which will require a minimum of 80 credits from the \'Moderate\' section or a set 60p to open and play, then finally 5 rounds of \'Buff\', can only be accessed by paying £1.20. I\'d like share elements for social media throughout and aside from that its based on the \'Guess The Movie\' App mentioned at the start. I will also need help registering the app on the play store, and advice and pricing separately for hosting of the app, or indeed if you help me setup an account with a provider you trust, that would be great.
